Customer Service of Reliant Energy?
I am thinking about switching from TXU to Reliant Energy as my electric company but am wondering about customer service. TXU has never given me a problem and has always been responsive, but I would like to save money on the electric bill. Any one have any experiences (positive or negative) with Reliant or any other Texas electric provider?
I have Sparks energy. I don't know about Austin but in Houston we have a website that has the "price to beat." The only energy provider is TXU. All the energy companies: Gexa, Reliant, Green Mountain are the ones that charge the customer. I have never heard it makes any difference on who you choose, service will pretty much be the same.
